The Position 

As a maternity cover in logistics, you will become part of our dedicated Logistics team. The role is primarily an assisting position, supporting the daily operations while handling your own areas of responsibility. 

This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, freight forwarding, or logistics administration, who is ready to step into a supportive but independent role. 

You will play an assisting but important role in our daily logistics setup, acting as a link between internal teams, warehouses, and B2B customers. 

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include 

  • Creating export documents  

  • Maintaining purchase orders  

  • Handling B2B customer communication  

  • Exporting orders and maintaining internal file with the warehouse 

  • Booking deliveries to customers 

  • Ad hoc logistics coordination and cross‑functional tasks 

Tasks may be adjusted based on your background – we are looking for the right person, not a fixed checklist. 

 

About You 

  • Have experience from warehouse work, forwarding, or logistics administration 

  • Possess strong system understanding – experience with SPY is a significant advantage 

  • Have solid Excel skills 

  • Are independent, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility 

  • Communicate clearly and professionally – both internally and with customers 

  • Thrive in a role with many stakeholders and varying tasks
